If you like talking on the phone then NZMA’s contact centre qualification could be the course for you. Contact centre is a booming industry and with the right skills and qualifications, there are always plenty of jobs. This course teaches you customer service, communication, business administration and computing skills as well as how to use contact centre systems and equipment. Take part in a live calling campaign so when you graduate you’ll already have some work experience. We’ve done calling campaigns for all sorts of organisations including Cancer Society, LifeLine and Heart Children New Zealand.
